The role holder will Lead the IT – Customer Experience team and will
• Oversee consultative partnerships across multiple stakeholders with strong
understanding of customer experience drivers and underlying technology requirements
• Establish standards for collaboration with business owners to formulate quantifiable goals for the team;
• Advise the team on strategies & experimentation to achieve business goals with minimal disruption and significant cost savings
• Set strategic direction on customer experience related technologies to provide support on Business growth plans.
• Be fully accountable for execution of multiple projects with adoption of Agile methodologies
• Drive the team to implement and deliver projects and enhancements across the Customer Experience platforms.
• Comply with the IT Governance Policy and Process for the Change and Release Management.
• Manage and monitor the CAPEX and OPEX budget utilization.
• Guide the teams to manage the Audits conducted by ISG and IA team for the Customer Experience platforms.
• Ensure there are minimum audit observations and close the open observations as per the timeline provided.
